If you are feeling overwhelmed with worry and anxiety it is crucial to learn how to transform unhealthy beliefs and thought patterns. It is also essential to learn how to use breathing, relaxation and mindfulness techniques to build a positive and healthy mind-body connection. We all have the power to change our mind-body states. The first step is to learn how. Then, with practice, we can cultivate a calmer and more peaceful life. I integrate talk therapy, breathing and relaxation, and mindfulness with EMDR to treat anxiety.
